Welcome to Cheerak Online Training (“Cheerak,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By registering for, accessing, or participating in any of our courses, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrollment & Access
- Access to Cheerak training is granted only to the registered participant.
- Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.
- Course access may be time-limited depending on the program purchased.
2. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made in full before course access is granted.
- Fees are non-transferable.
- Refunds are only provided if:
- Cheerak cancels or reschedules a course, or
- A participant withdraws at least [X days] before the course start date.
- No refunds are issued for partially completed courses.
3. Equality & Non-Discrimination
- Cheerak is committed to providing equal learning opportunities to all participants.
- No participant, instructor, or staff member shall face discrimination on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, or belief.
- All participants are expected to respect each other’s rights, opinions, and cultural differences.
4. Accessibility
- Cheerak training is delivered fully online, making it accessible to participants worldwide with an internet connection.
- As training is not delivered in a physical location, traditional physical accessibility requirements (e.g. wheelchair access) are not applicable.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary devices, internet access, and software to attend training.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including but not limited to slides, documents, recordings, exercises, software, and downloadable files, are the exclusive property of Cheerak.
- Participants may use materials only for personal learning and professional development.
- It is strictly prohibitedto:
- Copy, reproduce, share, or distribute materials.
- Use Cheerak content in other trainings, workshops, or courses (free or paid).
- Upload materials to online platforms or social media without written permission.
6. Instructor Responsibilities & Rights
- Cheerak instructors are experienced professionals selected to deliver high-quality training.
- Instructors are expected to provide accurate, respectful, and professional guidance to participants.
- Instructors retain intellectual rights over their teaching style and delivery methods.
- Participants must respect the role of instructors; any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the training without refund.
- Cheerak reserves the right to replace or change instructors if necessary for course delivery.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully during live or recorded sessions.
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Cheerak reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct without refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Cheerak training is delivered online for educational purposes only.
- Cheerak is not responsible for:
- Internet outages, software malfunctions, or technical issues on the participant’s side.
- Accidents, injuries, or any other incidents occurring while attending training remotely.
- How participants apply the knowledge in professional or operational environments.
- Cheerak is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in our training.
9. Certificates
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements.
- Cheerak reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of violation of these Terms.
10. Termination of Access
Cheerak reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a participant violates these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.
12. Governing Law
